Art direction is the craft of interpreting the stylistic elements of a project and transforming them into a practical, visual reality.
Involved at every stage, from concept design through to the delivery of a production. This is what I do on a daily basis.
Whether working on a feature film, a promo, a short or an event, I place strong emphasis on functionality as well as aesthetics in order to design a look and mood that best suits the production.
Recent work includes viral campaigns for O2 & Jelly Belly as well as music videos for Girls Aloud 'Something New', Bat For Lashes 'Laura', JLS 'Hottest Girl in the World' and Plan B 'Deepest Shame'.
Clients include: BBC, Channel 4, National Geographic, RSA, Friend, B-Reel, Rokkit, HSI and Freud Communications for clients including Adidas, H&M, BT, O2, Daily Mail, Nokia, Vauxhall, Kit Kat, Walkers, Corona, Pepsi, CIC bank, Topshop, BP, The Trainline and Vodafone amongst others.
